Terms

Who we are
WeSurvive is run by [legal name], [address] (“we”). You can reach us at hello@wesurvive.app. These terms apply when you buy WeSurvive guides through wesurvive.app as a consumer.
What you buy
WeSurvive guides are PDF field guides laid out for phone screens: War & Conflict, Natural Disasters and Wilderness, sold on their own or as a bundle. You buy the files to download and keep, for your personal use.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include VAT where it applies. If you pay with a card or account in another currency, your bank or PayPal converts the amount and may charge a fee. Our checkout runs on Payhip (payhip.com), which takes the payment and delivers the files. You pay on Payhip’s checkout page; we never see your full card details. For buyers in the EU and the UK, Payhip charges the VAT and pays it to the tax authorities. Your purchase is complete once Payhip confirms the payment.
Delivery
Right after paying you can download your guides on Payhip’s confirmation page, and Payhip emails you a receipt with your download link. If you lose it or anything goes wrong, email us and we’ll send your guides.
Your right of withdrawal
If you live in the EU or the UK, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you bought it, without giving a reason, even if you’ve already downloaded the guides.
To withdraw, tell us before the 14 days are up, for example by email to hello@wesurvive.app. Say that you are withdrawing, and give your name and the email address you bought with. You can use the model form below, but you don’t have to.
We’ll refund everything you paid without delay, and no later than 14 days after we get your message, to the card or PayPal account you paid with. The refund costs you nothing.

If a guide is faulty
If a file won’t open, is incomplete or doesn’t match its description, email us. We’ll send a working file; if we can’t, you get your money back. Your legal rights for faulty digital content always apply.
Using the guides
- You may keep the files on your own devices and print them for yourself and your household.
- Please don’t share, resell, upload or publish them, in full or in part.
- The text, layout and pictures belong to us. Buying a guide gives you the right to use it, not ownership of its content.
Safety
The guides are general information to help you act in the first minutes of an emergency. They are not professional training or medical advice, and they don’t replace instructions from the emergency services or your local authorities. Where official instructions differ from a guide, follow the official instructions. In an emergency, call 112.
Liability
We base the guides on official advice and check them with care, but no guide can foresee every situation. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn’t allow it, for example for harm caused on purpose or through gross negligence, or for injury to life, body or health.
Questions and complaints
Email hello@wesurvive.app and we’ll do our best to put things right.
Law
The law of the country where we are established applies. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of its mandatory consumer law, and you can also go to its courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in place on the day you bought applies to your purchase.
